Terms of Service
By using CVRev you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
What CVRev is
CVRev gives you AI-generated feedback on your CV: scores, suggestions, and reports. It is advice, not a promise — we do not guarantee interviews, jobs, or that every suggestion is right for your situation. AI output can contain mistakes; review it before acting on it.
Your content
Your CV stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you (see the Privacy Policy). Upload only your own CV, or one you are clearly authorized to share.
Acceptable use
- No uploading other people’s personal data without their permission.
- No attempts to break, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service.
- No automated scraping or bulk submission.
Paid services
The free tier includes one CV review per account. To review more CVs you can buy the review pack — 12 CV reviews, valid for one year, at the price shown on the upgrade page (in US dollars). Review credits are tied to your account and are non-transferable. Nothing is charged without your explicit purchase.
Payments are processed by Polar (Polar Software Inc.), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Polar handles the checkout, billing, receipts, and any applicable taxes, and your card details are entered with and held by Polar — we never see or store them. Your purchase is also subject to Polar's own terms presented at checkout.
The pack is a one-time purchase — it does not auto-renew. Your credits stay usable until they expire one year after purchase; when the year is up you can simply buy another pack if you'd like to keep reviewing.
Because reviews are delivered digitally and immediately, we offer a refund within 14 days of purchase only if you have not used any review from the pack; once any review in the pack has been used, the purchase is non-refundable, except where your local law requires otherwise. Refunds are handled through Polar — contact us at the address below and we'll arrange it.
Availability & liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVRev is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its output.
Ending things
You can delete your account and all data at any time from Your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
